NOTE: The instructions below are for printing while connected to the BJU-Campus network. These instructions will not work for the new My-ResNet network in the residence halls. Instructions for printing to BJU printers from the residence halls will be provided at a later time.
General Printing Information
Bob Jones University uses a system called PaperCut for printing from both University computers and your personal devices. Students are given a $30.00 credit per semester for campus printing. You can check your balance and print history as well as request refunds for printer malfunctions through papercut.bju.edu. For printing from personal devices connected to the BJU-Campus network, BJU uses a cloud-based printing system that is available through many printers on campus. You can send your documents from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to the printer queue, and pick up your prints from any of the printers on campus equipped with a card scanner. Documents are held for twelve hours in the printer queue. See the Campus Printer Map for the location of available printers. IMPORTANT! When setting up the printers on your device, select Personal_BW and Personal_Color. For Windows 10 and Chromebook, be sure to download the Mobility Print application using the link on the Mobility Print webpage!
