Our walk-in services are located on the second floor of the Alumni building (AL 207) and in the Fine Arts building (FA 144). If you need to borrow equipment for a presentation or project, or require assistance creating technology projects, connecting personal devices to the university network, troubleshooting computer problems, using learning platforms such as the Canvas LMS, or just need advice on how to use technology—whether hardware or software—come see us!NOTE: All support guides and documentation are now located in the TDX Knowledge Base.
