Welcome to the IT Support Center, a service of Information Technologies!
Our walk-in services are located on the second floor of the Alumni building (AL 207) and in the Fine Arts building (FA 144).
If you need to borrow equipment for a presentation or project, or require assistance creating technology projects, connecting personal devices to the university network, troubleshooting computer problems, using learning platforms such as the Canvas LMS, or just need advice on how to use technology—whether hardware or software—come see us!

Hours of Operation for Walk-in Services
Alumni 207 Location
Semester Hours
Monday-Friday 7:45am-10:50am; 11:45am-7:00pm
Saturday 1:00pm-5:00pm
Equipment Loan Hours
Same as current posted hours.
Summer Hours (and when classes are not in session)
Monday – Friday 9:00am-12:00pm; 1:00-5:00 pm (Closed Memorial Day and Independence Day)
Fine Arts 144 Location
Semester Hours
Monday-Friday 9:00am-10:50am; 1:00-3:50pm
Equipment Loan Hours
Same as current posted hours.
Summer Hours (and when classes are not in session)
This location is closed.
All Locations
We close on days when administrative offices are closed, and we close early when required campus-wide events occur in the evening.
